Summary:
In an increasingly collaborative healthcare environment, BCBAs are uniquely positioned to lead the charge in breaking barriers within multi-disciplinary feeding care. This presentation will focus on empowering BCBAs to expand their influence beyond traditional boundaries by integrating behavioral science into feeding treatment across various disciplines. Attendees will learn how to navigate the complexities of feeding challenges, understand the critical pivots necessary to enter and excel in new fields, and identify the resources available to support these efforts. By highlighting practical strategies and fostering a collaborative approach, this session aims to equip BCBAs with the tools and knowledge needed to lead and innovate in multi-disciplinary feeding care, ultimately improving outcomes for clients and advancing the profession.
