The Board of Directors are the governing body for AzABA. They are all members and behavior analysts that volunteer their time to serve on the board. Each year, AzABA members vote in a new president-elect.

![]() Mary Stevenson, BCBARead more about Mary.Mary has been working in the field of ABA since 2013 and as a Behavior Analyst since 2016. She has been an autism parent advocate since 2006. Mary is currently the Director of Learning & Development at Ally Pediatric Therapy. She obtained her Master of Education with a focus on Consultation and Collaboration-Autism from Arizona State University. She has served as Adjunct Faculty and Academic Associate at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton School of Teaching and as a Regional Family Specialist for the University of New Mexico Autism Program. She has served on the board of directors for the Autism Society of Greater Tucson and the University of New Mexico Edgar R. Garrett Speech & Hearing Center as an advisory board member. She currently serves as the chair of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis Feeding Special Interest Group. Her areas of interest are staff and parent training, supervision, organizational behavior management and behavioral feeding supports. | Past President![]() Jessica Belokas, BCBARead more about Jessica.Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been Licensed in Arizona since 2010. She is currently the Clinical Director of Autism Spectrum Therapies Arizona. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University with a concentration in autism treatment. She received her Master’s degree in Human Behavior from National University while completing her behavior analytic coursework through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has worked with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in Arizona since 2003. Her clinical work and professional passion focuses on compassionate quality care for families, the development of behavior analysis training programs with a focus on quality of supervision, and the development of a workplace culture of support. She is most proud of the team and colleagues with whom she works and is dedicated to the development of excellent professionals serving the Arizona community. |
Secretary![]() Christina Ricciardelli, BCBARead more about Christina.Christina Ricciardelli is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been licensed in the state of Arizona for 7 years. Christina received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Christina began her career in 2009 providing individualized treatment to individuals with autism. Her passion in work includes practicing with a compassionate and neurodiverse affirming mindset while working directly with clients and their caregivers. She also believes in supporting and mentoring future BCBAs by empowering their own skillset. Christina serves as a board member for the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis and is currently a co-chair for the Program Committee, and a member of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Board Member![]() Bailey Kadlec, BCBARead more about Bailey.Dr. Bailey Blake Kadlec is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed professional in Arizona since 2017. She holds a master’s degree in ABA and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, Management from Arizona State University. Bailey has delivered (ABA) services across various environments, including classrooms, homes, and centers. Since joining the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) in 2017, Bailey has been an active member of AzABA, contributing to the Ethics, Program, and Marketing Committees and attending meetings of many of the special interest groups. Serving as the Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for two years, Bailey has supported AzABA by supporting the dissemination of meetings, CEUS, and anything else going on in the community. She quickly knew that it was more than just a job, rather a passion and enrolled in her Master’s program. In 2020 Natalie finished her Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Natalie has spent a majority of her time practicing ABA with early intervention and is passionate about helping ABA evolve in a meaningful, client centric way. Natalie is also a Co-Instructor for the Arizona State online ABA program. Natalie was born and raised in a small town in Northern Illinois before venturing out to Arizona for her Undergraduate degree at ASU. (Go Devils!) She serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Horizon ABA, leading the charge of providing compassionate, in-home ABA services for children in San Tan Valley and Queen Creek. Beyond her "day job", Jessie serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Purdue Global (Psychology) and South Mountain Community College (Behavioral Health Sciences). With a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Arizona, a Master’s degree in Infant Family Practice from Arizona State University, and behavior analytic coursework from Florida Institute of Technology, Jessie’s academic and professional expertise is the foundation of her commitment to creating a meaningful impact through neurodiversity-affirming practices and developmentally appropriate care At AzABA, Jessie serves as a Board Member and co-chairs both the Ethics and Marketing committees. |

Additionally, Ashley is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Ashley has a doctorate degree through Arizona State University in Behavioral Health (DBH) which includes a specialization in integrated healthcare management. In 2015, Ashley began working within the clinical services department at Arion Care in various roles throughout the years including: direct care worker, behavior analyst, and clinical director. In 2020, Ashley established a quality assurance department at Arion Care and is currently the Director of Quality Assurance, utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to support quality service provisions. Ashley also serves as a HIPAA Compliance Officer, Ethics Compliance Officer and oversees an internal EDI Committee at Arion Care. Ashley is Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee and participates in Program Committee, and Ethics Committee. When Ashley is not working or volunteering, her time is spent with her family (3 young boys) and traveling outside the country. |
Board Member![]() Megan Tadvick, BCBARead more about Megan.Megan Tadvick, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is the Senior Vice President of Access and Growth at Ally Pediatric, dedicated to expanding high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. With over a decade in the field, Megan has worked across home, school, and clinic settings, specializing in behavior intervention, skill acquisition, and the treatment of severe maladaptive behaviors. She is passionate about training parents, educators, and providers to implement individualized, effective treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University. Since earning her BCBA in 2014, she has remained committed to compassionate, client-centered care and ethical supervision. At AzABA, Megan serves as a Board Member, supporting initiatives that advance access to services and professional growth in the ABA community. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading, and cheering on her two sons in sports. |
