Mary has been working in the field of ABA since 2013 and as a Behavior Analyst since 2016. She has been an autism parent advocate since 2006. Mary is currently the Director of Learning & Development at Ally Pediatric Therapy. She obtained her Master of Education with a focus on Consultation and Collaboration-Autism from Arizona State University. She has served as Adjunct Faculty and Academic Associate at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton School of Teaching and as a Regional Family Specialist for the University of New Mexico Autism Program. She has served on the board of directors for the Autism Society of Greater Tucson and the University of New Mexico Edgar R. Garrett Speech & Hearing Center as an advisory board member. She currently serves as the chair of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis Feeding Special Interest Group. Her areas of interest are staff and parent training, supervision, organizational behavior management and behavioral feeding supports.

Christina Ricciardelli is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been licensed in the state of Arizona for 7 years. Christina received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Christina began her career in 2009 providing individualized treatment to individuals with autism. Her passion in work includes practicing with a compassionate and neurodiverse affirming mindset while working directly with clients and their caregivers. She also believes in supporting and mentoring future BCBAs by empowering their own skillset. Christina serves as a board member for the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis and is currently a co-chair for the Program Committee, and a member of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. She is a mom of three lovely daughters and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.

Hanna Roen, M.A.S., BCBA, LBA started in the field of ABA in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and her master’s degree in Infant-Family Practice from Arizona State University. Hanna works as a Senior Clinical Supervisor in the Comprehensive Behavioral Program at SARRC. Hanna’s passions in the field include values-based supervision, DEI initiatives, client self-advocacy and empowerment, and mentoring the next generation of BCBAs. Within AzABA, Hanna served as the AzABA President in 2025, as co-leader of the ACT/RFT SIG from 2021-2024, and as an active member in the EDI Equal Access to Services subcommittee—along with her position as a Board Member beginning in 2023. She is grateful for the opportunity to participate on the AzABA board and serve the amazing Arizona ABA community.

Ashley Sanchez is an Arizona Licensed (LBA) and nationally credentialed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, Ashley is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Ashley has a doctorate degree through Arizona State University in Behavioral Health (DBH) which includes a specialization in integrated healthcare management. In 2015, Ashley began working within the clinical services department at Arion Care in various roles throughout the years including: direct care worker, behavior analyst, and clinical director. In 2020, Ashley established a quality assurance department at Arion Care and is currently the Director of Quality Assurance, utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to support quality service provisions. Ashley also serves as a HIPAA Compliance Officer, Ethics Compliance Officer and oversees an internal EDI Committee at Arion Care. Ashley is Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee and participates in Program Committee, and Ethics Committee. When Ashley is not working or volunteering, her time is spent with her family (3 young boys) and traveling outside the country.

Dr. Ehren Werntz is the Vice President of Family and Community Services at Arizona Autism United. His work over the past 20+ years has focused on improving the lives of individuals and families impacted by autism. Today Ehren’s work focuses the treatment of severe behavior, whole family treatment, and ABA for adults with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness. He is also very interested in understanding compassionate care and its measurable effects.

Rachel Anderson serves as Chief Clinical Officer at the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) in Phoenix, Arizona, where she leads innovative programs supporting individuals with autism from early childhood through adulthood. A Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with more than two decades of experience, Rachel is known for blending science, compassion, and creativity to design impactful, inclusive services.

RThroughout her career, she has built strong clinical teams, developed performance-based systems that reward excellence, and championed family-centered approaches to care. Her work has been featured in national presentations and publications on naturalistic ABA and inclusive early learning.

RRachel earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and her master’s in Exceptional Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. She’s passionate about collaboration, leadership, and making meaningful change—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

Dr. Bailey Blake Kadlec is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed professional in Arizona since 2017. She holds a master’s degree in ABA and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, Management from Arizona State University. Bailey has delivered (ABA) services across various environments, including classrooms, homes, and centers. Since joining the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) in 2017, Bailey has been an active member of AzABA, contributing to the Ethics, Program, and Marketing Committees and attending meetings of many of the special interest groups. Serving as the Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for two years, Bailey has supported AzABA by supporting the dissemination of meetings, CEUS, and anything else going on in the community. Looking ahead, Bailey remains committed to actively supporting AzABA's mission and contributing to the field of ABA.

Natalie has been part of the ABA community since 2017, where she started as behavior technician. She quickly knew that it was more than just a job, rather a passion and enrolled in her Master’s program. In 2020 Natalie finished her Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Emily Mariner has over 20 years of experience in behavior analysis and is a co-founder of Arcadia Behavior Consulting. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University in 2006. Emily is dedicated to providing compassionate services to individuals and families through parent coaching, direct therapy, and comprehensive support plans. As a co-chair of the Compassionate Care in ABA Special Interest Group (SIG), she works alongside her colleagues to foster learning and collaboration, aiming to improve how the field empathetically serves those who seek assistance.

Sara Mitchell, MSW, BCBA, LBA has been a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2000 and a certified Behavior Analyst since 2010. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westmont College and a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University. Currently, Sara serves as the Director of BT Performance, where she oversees the management, monitoring, and reporting of the core functions of the Behavior Technician workforce. Her areas of interest include organizational behavior management (OBM), process improvement, staff training, and the development of behavior technicians to support autistic individuals. Sara is grateful for the opportunity to join the AzABA board and serve the Arizona ABA community. She is excited to continue her involvement in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee and co-chair the Expanding the Scope Special Interest Group (SIG), aiming to highlight ABA in innovative ways.

Luis Morales has been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities autism since 2012. Luis became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona since 2016. He currently serves as a bilingual Senior Clinical Supervisor at Arizona Autism United (AZA) providing individualized behavior analytic services across Maricopa County. Luis is passionate about helping individuals access behavior analytic services and serving underserved populations, including Spanish speaking families. He received his Master’s Degree from Arizona State University in 2015 in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University in Special Education. Throughout his experiences, he has focused on creating, training staff, implementing, and overseeing the implementation of behavior analytic interventions in schools, clinics, and home settings. Luis’s interests within the behavioral sciences include supervision and staff training, to provide ongoing support to professionals, direct care staff, and other individuals in a supportive role for families. As expanding the scope of applied behavior analysis to other areas that are not limited to autism treatment.

Jillian Schneider is an Associate Clinical Manager at Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC), overseeing the comprehensive Teen and Adult Services programs. Jillian completed her Masters in Family and Human Development at Arizona State University and her behavior analytic coursework at University of West Florida. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2011, becoming a BCBA in 2013. Her clinical work focuses on naturalistic teaching, functional communication training, executive functioning, self-management of independent living skills, and collaboration with the family unit and community stakeholders.
