Summary:
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is a subdiscipline of Applied Behavior Analysis in which behavior principles are applied at an organizational level. OBM practitioners assess and implement behavior-change procedures at the individual level to help support and motivate employees (i.e., performance management). Unfortunately, with so many responsibilities and expectations in a behavior analyst’s workday, it may seem overwhelming with where to start and how to help behavior technicians and fellow behavior analysts. In this webinar, Dr. Kerry Ann Conde will share ways that human-service agencies can utilize OBM to create a positive work culture and achieve organizational goals while supporting individual employees through performance management. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of OBM, performance management, workplace functional and preference assessments, and data collection and analysis of employee behavior.
