This event will be hosted by one of AzABA's sponsor agencies, Arizona Autism United (AZA United).  The presentation will be conducted by Dr. Aaron Blocher-Rubin, CEO, and Carey Burgess, Clinical Director.

This presentation topic is ethics in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), with a focus on the importance of creating a workplace culture that optimizes job satisfaction for employees.  The presentation will include discussion of historical perspectives, research analyses, ethical considerations, measurement tools, and evidence-based OBM interventions.  This presentation is designed to be valuable for all AzABA members, including BCBA supervisors, organizational directors, and aspiring practitioners.
