Attendees can take advantage of a special room rate starting at $249 per night (plus tax). The booking deadline for the discounted room rate is Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM MT. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and those made after the deadline will be subject to availability and may not qualify for the discounted rate.
