ACT-U is a 6-hour interactive course that focuses on learning and applying the principles of ACT with its participants. By embracing and integrating the principles and practices of ACT into our own lives, we can better serve the populations we work within. Join us for the third part of this transformative series!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will be able to identify and describe cognitive fusion and its effect on human behavior
  2. Participants will be able to identify the function and purpose of the ACT hexaflex area of defusion
  3. Participants will be able to identify at least two defusion strategies that can be implemented within clinical practice
