AzABA 2021 Annual Conference
October 1-2, 2021

The AzABA Year-End Conference is the largest ABA specific event in Arizona.  Attendees will include BCBAs, RBTs, ABA business owners, executive leaders, students and community members.  This year’s hybrid conference will feature engaging speakers from around the country. Our virtual conference platform allows for direct engagement with attendees over the course of the two day conference and includes access for six months post conference. We are expecting approximately 250 attendees, and are confident that you will have the opportunity to share your unique information with a quality group of engaged stakeholders. Our 2020 post-conference sponsor survey results showed that sponsors would attend again and refer this conference to a business contact!

Exhibitor Sponsorships

Exhibitor sponsorships include an exhibitor table on Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2. One (1) booth representative is invited to attend both days.
Visionary and Innovator sponsorships are available for purchase through August 13 or at fulfillment of 25 total exhibitor sponsorships.  Exhibitor sponsorships are now sold out.

      Sponsor may provide one advertisement item (this may include, but is not limited to, pens, key chains, brochures, etc.) to be placed in the attendee bags. 300 pieces of each item must be delivered to AzABA prior to the conference. Sponsor is responsible for the cost of the item and delivery to AzABA.

      Check is the preferred method of payment for sponsorships. Check can be made out to Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis and mailed to 107 S. Southgate Drive, Chandler, AZ 85226.

      Written cancellations made prior to seven (7) calendar days of the event are eligible to receive a 75% refund on all fees paid. There will not be any refunds granted for cancellations made six (6) days or less prior to the conference. Cancellation requests should be sent to arizonaaba@gmail.com
