We will be discussing how to teach functional life skills in a group setting. Topics will include skill acquisition, generalization from a group setting to a community setting, and the importance of maintenance. We will also discuss different assessments that can be used to determine goals for those who may participate in such a group. In addition to discussing the above topics, we will also review unique challenges to working with adolescents that engage in maladaptive behavior.

This event will also be available via webinar. Instructions with the webinar link will be sent out closer to the actual CEU event date.
